The thin walls and lack of sound insulation between the adjoining accommodations can lead to noise disturbances.

Great location! We visited amazing attractions nearby, like The Lost Gardens of Helligan and the Eden Project. The hotel is also conveniently close to supermarkets and shops. The building itself is spacious and well-stocked, with a fully-equipped kitchen, dishwasher, and washing machine. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were provided in fixed containers, which is environmentally friendly. We also appreciated the private parking and the clear instructions for it. It was lovely to have outdoor seating and enjoy the sun.
The roads in the area can be quite narrow and hilly, which may be challenging for those who are not used to it or have mobility issues. Unfortunately, the bed in our room broke during the night, and the upstairs neighbors were noisy early in the morning.
